Mark Friese is more than just one of the franchisees that have joined TMAD this fall. He’s a teriyaki connoisseur with several homemade recipes of his own. As a fan of both teriyaki and top-tier fast casual restaurants, it’s no mystery why he fell in love with us (though we prefer to stay friends — it’s just business.)
After 20 years in the corporate world, Mark saw a chance to redirect his future with a concept that creates a custom support structure for shop owners. When he signed on with TMAD, he enlisted a team of perfectionists to walk him through everything from site selection to his grand opening.
“I’m taking the opportunity to do what I have wanted to do for a long time; be more involved in the day to day of my community, work hard for myself and help a great company grow!” Mark said.
