TMAD named top 5 Fast & Serious in Franchise Times.
Another year, another award as one of the Smartest Growing Brands.
We were just named to the Fast & Serious awards by Franchise Times. Number 5, in fact. Our mom always told us we were special.
The article calls out a few reasons why TMAD was highlighted as one of the Smartest Growing Brands. Technology, innovation and executive coaching are all high points. But for us, it’s really about the communication and collaborative nature of everyone in our organization, especially the franchisees.
“We talk! We communicate, we over-communicate, kind of where our heads are at. When we take the time to talk with franchisees about where we’re going, and what the pain points are, it’s always amazing how much the franchisees agree,” said Michael Haith, CEO.
This award adds to our impressive list of accolades, including the #1 Fastest-Growing Big Restaurant Chain for Restaurant Business in 2021.
What’s next for TMAD? Besides getting voted “Best Looking Franchise”, we’ve broken the 100 mark in shops opened with plenty more on the way. The year 2022 is when Teriyaki will take over.
