“We spend months gathering and crunching data in order to produce the Franchise 500® ranking. We’re proud of the result and the way it continues to be a resource for the franchise community,” says Jason Feifer, Editor in Chief of Entrepreneur. “Like every industry, franchising is ever-evolving and must smartly react to new technologies and consumer demands. We know it takes a lot to stay competitive, and are excited to celebrate those that do it best.”
Franchising since 2005, Teriyaki Madness has a restaurant model with industry-leading, proven franchisee profitability and plans to open more than 100 locations across the United States in the next five years, including store deals in the Dallas-Fort Worth, Los Angeles and Miami areas. Each shop is individually owned and operated by people with diverse sets of backgrounds that turn their operations into successful establishments.
“We have our dedicated team to thank for our growth over the past year. Their tenacity and drive to succeed is incredible, and the recognition we’re receiving from Entrepreneur is a direct result of their hard work,” said Michael Haith, CEO of Teriyaki Madness. “We’re honored and thrilled to be recognized for the second consecutive year as a top franchise in America alongside such esteemed companies.”
With 45 percent of households consuming food with teriyaki at least once per month, Teriyaki Madness is becoming a leader in the Asian fast casual segment.
