We are excited to announce that Teriyaki Madness franchisee’s, Phat Vu and Anne Cao, opened the first of three locations in the Houston area on Monday, February 5th. After finding out more about the restaurant franchise opportunities Teriyaki Madness had to offer, they were excited to bring the madness to Texas.

The store, located at 13410 Briar Forest had an exciting grand opening proving Houston is very welcoming to the madness.

The Asian grill concept is based on bowls that come with a choice of white, brown or fried rice or noodles with a choice of chicken, beef or tofu and steamed or stir-fried vegetables. The same choices for larger plates that also come with a side of macaroni salad or a green salad.

The meat options include chicken teriyaki, spicy chicken, chicken bread teriyaki, beef teriyaki and orange chicken, as well as a meatless tofu teriyaki. Chicken katsu and yakisoba noodles (beef, chicken, tofu or all-veggie) are other options.

Sauces include teriyaki sauce, katsu sauce, gyoza sauce, thick teriyaki, orange sauce, spicy sauce, sweet and sour, and stir-fry sauce.

The menu also includes appetizers such as fried eggrolls, edamame, crab Rangoon and chicken potstickers.

The new Teriyaki Madness is owned by Phat Vu and Anne Cao. The 1,400-square-foot restaurant can seat 65 people. It will be open daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
