Multi-Unit Sandwich Franchise Operator Adds TMAD!
Ken Schanke and Audrey Poynton are no strangers to the restaurant business, rather they are growing their restaurant portfolio by Maddening their horizons!
They currently own and operate four Jersey Mike’s in Northern Connecticut and are opening three TMADs in the same area. The ownership does not stop there… Audrey also owns and operates her own boutique. Let’s just say this duo knows how to wok-the-walk when it comes to owning and operating and we are excited to see them excel here with Teriyaki Madness!
