Emir’s past experience includes owning and operating two Dominos franchise locations. He will be opening his Teriyaki Shop with his two sons, Michael Nieves & Emir.

When considering Teriyaki Madness he wanted something fast, fresh, delicious and healthy that crossed all cultures.
