Steve Alexander knows a thing or two about doing business in the digital age. With a career in internet marketing and e-commerce, Steve is well-versed in tech. And that’s exactly what drew him to TMAD:
“It’s interesting that traffic can be driven to TMAD and result in online orders from a brick and mortar restaurant. As many orders are carry-out or delivery, and placed through the site or app, the “COVID era restaurant” risk is mitigated. The shops are lean and mean with a small footprint, resulting in a very high AUV.”
Steve is opening 20 shops nationwide and believes the market is due for an Asian concept like TMAD. Florida, Arizona, and Indiana are his primary targets but he plans to take advantage of all kinds of opportunities like resales, second-generation spaces, and awesome locations across the U.S.
“I relate to and appreciate the marketing and branding that is irreverent. While I am not a big fan of QSRs or full service restaurants, I’m very confident in the fast casual space. There is a massive need for a national brand of Asian fast-casual restaurants in the same vein as Chipotle.”
