Cape CoralTeriyaki Madness Cape Coral is set to open this May!

The chain, founded in Las Vegas in 2003, is known for its noodle, rice and vegetable bowls topped with chicken, beef or tofu. Preparations include katsu, teriyaki and a sweet orange sauce.

The fast-casual restaurant’s menu also includes appetizers (egg rolls, pot stickers, crab rangoon) and sides such as Hawaiian-style macaroni salad and fried rice.
