Luciana’s background includes having 17+ years active duty Army. Nine of those years she aided in food services for the military.
Her husband, Massimo has 18 years of active Army service and worked in the food service prior to joining the military.
Teriyaki Madness has many franchisees with a military background.
In their free time, the Irenze’s work on home renovations and spend time with their kids.
Luciana and Massimo originally found Teriyaki Madness when they lived in Las Vegas and frequently ate at many of the shop locations. They love the fresh food, easy menu and
Luciana and Massimo absolutely love TMAD’s food and witty marketing. They hope to make the switch from the military lifestyle to all teriyaki, all the time.
Their goal is to ease into a business that will not only provide for their family, but allow them more time to spend together, as well.
Luciana and Massimo plan to open their first japanese franchise in Carson City, Nevada with hopefully more locations in the near future!
