Marketing
Support
Here’s the thing: We don’t expect you to figure out the marketing all on your own. Our next-level marketing team gives you the tools, strategy, and day-to-day support to build awareness, drive traffic, and keep customers coming back. The Marketing Team will provide:
- Pre‑opening and Grand Opening support to launch strong
- Local marketing tools, training, and tactics that build market presence
- Bold brand messaging plus national, regional, and digital campaigns (including LTOs)
- Social media and other advertising tactics that actually drive traffic
- TMAD app, online ordering, and loyalty programs to increase repeat visits and check averages
- Creative support for ads, print, and brand assets
- A Local Shop Marketing (LSM) Manger who will act as your personal marketing coach throughout the life of your shop
Bottom line, we don’t do boring. To us, the louder, the better—as long as it brings in customers.
“We’ve always stayed a couple of years ahead of other brands. We had our app, online ordering, and integrations with delivery partners well before COVID, which is why we were able to thrive during that time and recover sales within a month. Since then, we’re constantly staying ahead on new integrated technologies that will bring in more customers while making the ordering process seamless for customers as well as our shops.” – Jodi Boyce, Chief Marketing Officer
