    Launch kicks off the moment you become a franchisee and runs all the way to the start of your Grand Opening. Our team keeps the process organized, efficient, and moving forward, so you’re never guessing what comes next. Launch support includes:  

    • Assigning a dedicated corporate liaison from Franchise Agreement signing to Grand Opening 
    • Providing a clear launch task board and regular checkins to keep you on track 
    • Overseeing key tasks and help set up vendor accounts and systems needed for opening 
    • Bringing TMAD experts to discuss subjects that will help improve your franchisee experience once you are open

    Marketing
    Support

    Here’s the thing: We don’t expect you to figure out the marketing all on your own. Our next-level marketing team gives you the tools, strategy, and day-to-day support to build awareness, drive traffic, and keep customers coming back. The Marketing Team will provide:  

    • Preopening and Grand Opening support to launch strong 
    • Local marketing tools, training, and tactics that build market presence 
    • Bold brand messaging plus national, regional, and digital campaigns (including LTOs) 
    • Social media and other advertising tactics that actually drive traffic 
    • TMAD app, online ordering, and loyalty programs to increase repeat visits and check averages 
    • Creative support for ads, print, and brand assets 
    • A Local Shop Marketing (LSM) Manger who will act as your personal marketing coach throughout the life of your shop

    Franchise Training 

    Training begins well before opening day. We prepare you and your team with the knowledge, skills, and handson experience needed to confidently run your TMAD shop from day one. Here’s the rundown on training:  

    • 4 days of Initial Training at TMAD’s Home Office covering all departments and how we partner together 
    • 10 days of HandsOn Training (HOT) for position and management skills—from rocking the wok to inventory 
    • 10–17 days of New Shop Opening (NSO) Training at your location with fastpaced, volumebased simulations 
    • Mad U online learning and ongoing resources for continued development  

    Real talk: You don’t need to be an expert—just be ready to learn the methods to our Madness. 

    Full-Service Franchise Support

    Once your doors open, our support doesn’t stop. Your TMAD Business Coach and operations resources help you strengthen performance, maintain consistency, and keep your shop running smoothly. Our support includes: 

    • Ongoing coaching with check-ins, shop assessments, KPI reviews, and semi-annual performance conversations 
    • Periodic profit & loss (P&L) calls, profitability plans, COGS analysis, and labor forecasting support
