In February 2014, Teriyaki Madness moved their headquarters from Las Vegas to Denver where fast casual restaurants are booming.

After a shaky start, Teriyaki Madness is now in growth mode, both locally and nationally! Current owner and CEO, Michael Haith, has a lot of experience with franchising and now oversees 33 Teriyaki Madness locations around the U.S.

and has big plans for the future. If the growth continues to rise, Haith pans to reach 50 locations by the end of this year and 100 in 2017. As you can see, this is a crucial time for Teriyaki Madness to work hard and spread the madness!

Having one location in Denver at 8547 E. Arapahoe Road in Greenwood Village, Denver locals aren’t familiar with the 13 year-old franchise. While many other cities in the U.S. are hooked on Teriyaki Madness, store sales growth ran at 20-35% at most locations! You can find many loyal customers who have a craze for teriyaki in Seattle where it is spreading like wildfire! Asian food is the fastest-growing segment in the fast casual restaurant market, which is the identifier for the expansion of Teriyaki Madness. With its healthier menus, ability to offer specific dietary options, and ethnic twist, Teriyaki Madness is guaranteed to grow at a fast pace.

“We don’t think this is a fad. This is a trend. People are eating healthy. We have national partnerships. We have proven business models.” – Haith

The franchise now operates in 15 states across the country and is looking for entrepreneurs who fit well with the company goals. Many of the new locations will span from California to Texas to the East Coast! Denver, with only one location right now, is hoping to build up the hype to lead to three more potential locations within the area. Haith is hoping that Denver locals will have the same crazed reaction as those when he started investing in Teriyaki Madness.
