About Avez

Avez is a Regional Manager for a multi-national grocery retailer and an independent grocery store owner in San Jose, California. After operating the store for the past six years, Avez decided he wanted something new and excited to add to his portfolio. Queue TMAD!

After attending a Discovery Day, Avez decided to research other franchise concepts. He ultimately came back to TMAD after realizing nothing else compared. Avez found Teriyaki Madness through a Business Consultant who

thought TMAD would be perfect for what he was looking for.

“After learning more about the amazing support team and delicious Teriyaki, I knew I wanted to join The Madness! My goal is to scale and grow, and TMAD worked diligently with me to ensure that I was able to do just that!”

Avez will be bringing five Teriyaki Franchises in and around the South San Francisco Bay Area. He plans to develop leaders within his shops that will grow his team and his presence in the Bay Area.
