Fred and Kris have always wanted to be in control of their own lives and wanted to own their own Asian franchise. They said, “At this point in life, we have a desire to keep working hard but for something we own. The idea has been nagging us for years!”

After visiting a Teriyaki Madness in Las Vegas, the family was hooked on the MADNESS! They loved the fresh Asian cuisine, the simplicity of the menu and the employee engagement.

“We have been looking for years for the right fit for us. We went to Las Vegas and found Teriyaki Madness…Chicken Heaven!
