Tania’s experience includes being the Business Services Administrator for the State Prison and her hobbies include riding horses, working out and overall being active!

Javier’s background includes obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, working in the aerospace industry and now, working for a Navy Contractor. His interests include music, dogs and staying active!

Brother and sister duo, Tania and Javier, originally heard about Teriyaki

Madness through a quick Google search on Asian food franchises. They ultimately decided TMAD was the perfect fit based on the quality of the food and the opportunity to expand throughout San Diego.

Tania and Javier love the fresh flavors that TMAD provides and hope to expose the brand to unexplored territory and to bring Teriyaki to their community!
