About Jignesh & Roshni

Both Jignesh and Roshni have been in the accounting field for the majority of their careers. Jignesh has spent 10+ years in public and corporate accounting. Roshni started out with running a family Dunkin Donuts during college before transitioning to corporate accounting. The Patel’s love to travel and consider themselves foodies! Jignesh and Roshni originally heard about Teriyaki Madness through their family member, Kalpesh Patel, who owns a very successful Teriyaki

Shop in Madison, Alabama with his partner, Manoj Patel! After learning about the healthy options and the simple menu, they were hooked on the Madness.

“Along with the fresh, healthy and simple menu, we love the support team. They have been very helpful, and we have great confidence they will ensure we are ready to tackle every challenge.”

The Patel’s hope that the first location is the stepping stone to more Teriyaki Shops in the future. They plan to open their first Asian food franchise in Christiana or Newark with hopefully many more locations in the near future!
