Real Estate Just Got Real, TMAD Partners with Bialow!
Shouting Teriyaki Madness from the rooftops will only go so far and it can be rather earsplitting, so instead of trying to shout across the world themselves, Teriyaki Madness has partnered with Bialow to help franchisees on a local level, nationwide find the perfect real estate for their Teriyaki Shop.
Bialow’s unique boutique structure allows TMAD Franchisees to work with real estate brokers across the country to find their perfect location. Much like TMAD does for their franchisees, Bialow works in the best interest of their clients and understands the journey of a small business owner. The Teriyaki Takeover is not something that occurred overnight, several years of experience and seasoned franchise vets built the strong pillars TMAD resides on today.
Bialow understands each client differs, and due to their experienced team and data backed decision making they provide for each market, they can find and vet locations that serve the franchisee’s needs. Representing other national brands and franchises allows Bialow to lean on their network of landlords and have more leverage in negotiations when finding the perfect spot for a local neighborhood Teriyaki Shop. This is an exciting step for Teriyaki Madness and the franchisees. TMAD opened 13 shops in Q3, bringing the total number of open shops to 127. The fourth quarter will mirror those results. With 2023 around the corner, the goal is to have 200 open TMAD locations by the end of 2023. Partnering with Bialow and Teriyaki Madness’ recent hire, Ryann Frost, VP of Real Estate Development, the concept is positioned to exceed their goal in 2023 and continue the Teriyaki Takeover, one teriyaki bowl at a time!
“My role is to assist franchisees in securing their real estate, whether that be site selection, lease negotiations, LOI or build out and construction. We exist to help franchisees find the best location possible at the best price possible.” – Ryann Frost, Vice President of Real Estate Development at Teriyaki Madness.
