Franchisee Returns Home to Spread the Madness in Lincoln, Nebraska!

Eric Evert is our newest franchisee and he is spreading his Japanese Franchise to Lincoln, Nebraska!

Eric has worked in the restaurant industry for 20+ years and is ready to own his own business. His previous experience includes working in sales and marketing for a national appetizer company as well as being a trained chef.

Eric was looking for the next chapter in his life when he found Teriyaki Madness. He has always wanted to be an entrepreneur, but still needed stability for his family at the same time.

Because of his previous experience, Eric was very familiar with TMAD’s supply chain,  “I understand the corporate structure, I know the people in charge and I know how the supply chain works.” He was also very impressed with TMAD’s product quality, growth potential and the systems and processes that are in place.

Eric and his family have made the decision to move from Denver, Colorado back to Eric’s home town, Lincoln, Nebraska to start this new adventure as a family.

The family is excited to head to Lincoln to own and operate their own Japanese Franchise, and as a bonus, his kids will be able to grow up with fireflies!

Welcome to the Madness, Eric!
